If you use vcraft.sg or work with us, these terms apply. We're based in Singapore, so Singapore law governs.

Using the Site

• Keep it legal
• Don't copy our stuff without asking
• Your security is your responsibility

Services

• Each project gets its own written proposal with scope and pricing
• You give us accurate info and timely feedback
• Payment terms are in the proposal. Late payments might pause work.

Liability

We do good work, but we can't cover losses like lost profits or data. If Singapore law says we owe you something, it's capped at what you paid us for that service.

Changes

We might update these terms. If we do, we'll note the date here. Keep using the site and you're agreeing to the updates.
