Want your data deleted? No problem.

How to Ask

1. Email root@vcraft.sg with "Data Deletion Request" as the subject
2. Tell us your name, how to reach you, and what you want removed
3. We'll confirm your identity and let you know when it's done

Timeline

Usually within 14 business days. If it takes longer, we'll keep you posted.

Exceptions

Sometimes Singapore law requires us to hold onto certain records for tax or legal reasons. We'll let you know if that's the case.
